Terrible place. They hire the rejects from other companies after they are let go so that they can bring in their list of customers to be spammed by them here again. The person I dealt with with the name of C.W. was a liar and cannot be trusted. They will tell you to your face one thing while doing another one behind your back. They have only their own interests in mind and will screw you over quickly to get paid.

Unfortunately, I have had very poor experiences with CrossCountry Mortgage and would highly advise against choosing this company for your mortgage. We have received inconsistent information from numerous employees when calling with a concern. When we were being overcharged, CrossCountry could not offer us a solution and overcharged us two months consecutively.
