I work spare and casual for these guys. It's good equipment and decent people to work with.
We use this company as a third party carrier for our medical supplies. Shipment was supposed to arrive to the customer last week and has yet to arrive to them today even after I expressed urgency to them. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope we never use them again

My husband ordered an a/c unit that was shipped with this company. I was home alone when it arrived. The ac unit is over 500 pounds. A guy in his early 20s (it appeared) showed up alone. I helped guide him backwards in the driveway as he was trying to get closer to where I needed the ac dropped. He then struggled getting it off of the pallet jack and asked me for help, so I helped him. I then pointed out damage to the bottom of the ac where he insisted it was no big deal, no damage is done to the ac and told me to sign here ... read more
