A couple years ago ups dropped 2 ac units I had ordered. This company delivered the replacement. They were real easy to deal with and they actually followed the box and didn't drop them . Yesterday I received a text they had a motor to deliver today. I was stressed out because the shipper said it was coming fed ex. They took 3 day to deliver a computer mouse because no one was home. This is the second time our delivery was left at the wrong company. The driver was great, dispatcher was awful
These guys have blown it with the take over for Dats. Our last orders just sit in Phoenix for days. Never had a problem before.
