terrible service couldn't cancel unauthorized charges and a lot of them have an attitude. wanted me to pay 35 dollars after being a member for 20 years.
I’ve always had a positive experience there, and the staff has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance with my accounts. The tellers at the Forty Fort branch are especially friendly and welcoming. They take the time to get to know their members, greet people with a smile, and make every visit feel personal rather than rushed. As soon as I walked into this location, I was not greeted with politeness. The teller told me she could not cash my check and it was to be held because I didn’t match it then proceeded to tell me to go to a different place. I come to the main branch and had no issues. The main branch, everyone was wonderful, polite, and it was a smooth process. Anymore, I will be going to the main building and no longer Forty fort location, remind you I’ve had my account since 2018.
