I came to Joel Cross as the apartment building I live in had refused to allow my psychiatric service dog to come with me to the exercise room. I had provided them with documentation to prove that my dog was trained and a certified psychiatric service dog. I could not convince the management of my apartment building that it was the law that a certified trained service dog was legally allowed anywhere with their owner.
