I have had nothing but problems since opening account at cross keys. From having to close accounts due to fraud to them holding my direct deposit for days after it has been released to them from social security. One person will tell you one thing the other something else.

I have no doubt that I made the right decision when I decided to change banks. Mrs Chas and the rest of the crew at the branch in West Monroe are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is so far beyond what I ever expected. Y’all are awesome.
