staff member show attitude without reason. girl who chekin i always have negative experience .
Negative experience. whenever I visit this place everybody get door even people chekin after me . But she tell me door is not available
I was checking in with the lady who wears red glasses at the check in. They require the drivers to fill out paperwork yet she would not give me a pen that fill out the check in sheet. She said ‘it is our policy we cannot let drivers borrow a pen’. There is no such printed statement that is posted in the office, or in other words seems like she just made up the policy or is not coming from a place or help.
