They moved us, broke our things. When we filed a claim, the insurance company Cross Country Relocation used said they terminated business with Cross Country… and or us to contact the company directly. When I called Cross Country Relocation, a young girl answered and was very suspicious in the conversation. She said I called the wrong company and that she worked for a company called Master Movers! The phone number was for Cross Country. Total scam business!

The relocation service made our move stress-free and efficient. The team was professional and friendly, and they took great care in packing and transporting our belongings. They even helped us set up our furniture in our new home. I highly recommend this service for anyone in need of a relocation service.

This is the first time we have used a moving company and IF we ever move out of state again…we will NOT use a moving company…AND…DEFINITELY will NOT use Cross Country Relocation Services again! There really wasn’t ANYTHING good about any part of our moving experience! Peter is well…is a con artist! Our things that made it from AZ to MT (we had to leave a whole storage unit of our things there because we were misquoted and couldn’t afford to have it moved AND some of OUR things didn’t make it at all) were damaged or wet).
