Waste of time. I reached out to this supposedly local Wilmington company however you immediately get connected to someone in Arizona. I was connected to Eric who wasted my time and never got back to me with the figures he promised after I followed up. They won’t provide you with a refi quote and expect you to divulge other quotes you hold from other companies first so they can try to “beat it”.
