Always friendly. I was always late on my payment and the fee was a flat $10 no matter how late. If you don't pay the $10 they just add it to the last payment. Everyone is always super nice. Never spoke to anyone that was rude for the entire 2 years that they served as my lien holder on my car. Honestly if I finance another car, I would love for it to be through Cross Country. Extremely thankful that they worked with me! Thank you Cross Country.
