I ordered my Christmas eve ham from here over a month ago, on the phone when ordering i was EXTREMELY specific in saying (multiple times) that I needed a cured but UNSMOKED ham because I was planning on smoking it myself. They said they could do it (after i verified what i wanted a couple more times and was ASSURED that the ham would not be already smoked) so I placed the order.
