After losing our home to a fire, Cross Adjusters displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise from beginning to end, filling a void we were helpless to fill ourselves. They acted on our behalf with our insurance company, and provided us with their expertise on other, related matters. Cross came through beyond our expectations, and were reassuring and encouraging when we needed it most. We are happy to say we cannot imagine having hired any more reliable company.

After a devastating evening, Cross adjustment came to our rescue! They were very diligent in caring for our needs and emotions. Losing your home is one of the most traumatic ordeals you will go through in a lifetime. They came and gave us peace of mind knowing we would get everything we deserved. They were excellent at inventorying our possessions and knowing the insurance business so we could move forward with our life. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

When tenants caused a fire in our rental property, the insurance company did what they always do: Offered a quick payment, in this case $33,000. Cross Adjustment was easy to work with, did all the inspection work and got it up to $45,000.

Gordon Wemp and all at Cross Adjustments are absolutely spectacular! They assist you, diligently, with every single step of the process...which is invaluable while going through a crisis. They are not only super competent, but courteous, kind and sensitive while being assertive at all the right moments. Love them...highly recommend!
