New to town. Walked in looking around aimlessly trying to find my way around the store. Just wanted a Cesaer wrap made fresh after a long workday. Once I asked the sandwich maker if I could get one he looked at me blankly and said no since sandwiches closed at 6pm. It was 6pm on the dot! It would have taken him a simple two minutes to slap the wrap together. Despite the general ILL manager. Who has zero customer service skills. I would give crosbys an 8/10 only because of the prepared food management skills by the best of the best! And you know who I'm talking about.
