The way staff speak to customers is appalling. A 20 something year old specks at customers with sarcasm. Considering using my builders alternative tiling company
The staff at Crosby are exceptional. Dealt with our reselection with respect and grace. A massive asset to the company! Kudos:)
Horrible service we were told we need to made the selection by 3pm if not they don't have time to write up, we finished the selection at 2:50pm then we were told to come back next day Also we did waited for around 40mins for service initially
Spent some time with Hayley at the Myaree store today, after initially thinking I’d be browsing solo, but I left the store unbelievably thrilled with the level of service provided and knowledge shared. Hayley was quick to offer assistance and highlight the amazing range of tiles on offer. She knew her stuff and was confident with new products on offer - even showing me a website with special orders that are possible., given what I expressed as ‘the brief’! Thank you Katie. We went to Myaree branch today after a very frustrating and disappointing visit to another branch yesterday. Katie approached us and asked if we needed help. She was, professional, knowledgeable and helpful., and we left with our great selections documented ready for the builder. Thank you again Katie.
