We were here today . No acknowledgment from any of the staff . We understand they have staff shortages but at least know how to relate with customers . When we approached one of the ladies to find out what we should do , she was rude and dismissive and directed us to the staff shortages sign . Not everyone can read! The energy in this store as we walked in , was just off . Like , they don’t want us there .
Pre-start is supposed to be an exciting experience, but this was the opposite. I waited around for 40 minutes, only to have people walk in after me and get served first. After over an hour of waiting, I finally got to see someone who briefly showed me what was included in my package then told me I’d have to ask to see her again and wait all over. Back to square one. Horrible, horrible customer service. Won’t be back.
Well... we were expecting to have a wonderful experience picking tiles for our brand new home, how wrong we were! Being advised to just walk into the showroom, no appts required, that's exactly what we did, however no-one greeted us or even made eye contact, we waited 40 mins and decided one of us go to the cafe across the road for a coffee. Had a good range of tiles. However the service was terrible. Therefore went else where and got beautiful tiles with great service. Crosby you missed out! rolling eyes at customers is not the best service
