Took my grand daughter there today to talk to a manager about sponsoring her at downingtown east. Asked for the manager and whoever this person was sent a paper out for her to fill out and never came out to talk to her. She filled out the paper and left the packet with them, every other place sent the manager out to speak with her. Very disappointing of croppers to do. No major complaints about this store except for the deli department. I use insta cart for my orders sometimes and when I order from the deli department I put in specific instructions on how I would like the item to be sliced and it never comes out on what I requested. In fact it will be the complete opposite. I request the items to be slice very thin and they slice the item extra thick. I depend on insta cart for reasons where on certain days I have difficulty with walking. This problem has been ongoing for so long now that ... read more
Very nice place to shop
I absolutely love crops. I hate and despise the giant being put next to it. Crops is waaay better than any giant could ever wish to be. They have a fresh bakery and deli, produce section rocks, and the cheese/meat selection is great as well they source a lot of local products as crops is a family owned company not a billion dollar corporation like giant. I’ll stand by crops til the day giant runs it to the ground. If you want something that another grocery store might offer, 9/10 times crops will have it.
