Pathetic service. They are a middle man for Leatt. Order from the source! They don't even check if they can get the stock. They just send an order to the supplier of the goods and expect it to be filled. My little boy's very upset. I checked daily to try and make sure this would be avoided and the item would be delivered, only to be told 'we have a three day lay period and it will be sent after that' and then to be told 'oh sorry we will check into it and send it ASAP'. Tried to support a local business. But its horrendously slow compared other similar online shops. You have to chase them before they come up with some bs excuse.
Products arrived as described, There was some confusion with dispatch but customer service was good and solved the issue immediately and sent it express.
Contacted them about a delivery delay and I received an immediate response. Product came shortly after.
