Pretty annoying you can do click and collect but there's no where to park because their car parks are full with staff cars, bins and a forklift.
Still waiting for a refund for goods they sold me that they don’t actually have. Ordered on a Monday, after my initial inquiry on the Friday I was told that the tyres were advertised with a 5-7 day lead time (ok fair enough), but that they would be sent today or the next day (ok cool). Do not buy from this company. Been waiting 3 weeks for my SRAM Derailleur. Zero communication. Zero product. Zero refund. Zero stars if I could select it. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
So I ordered 2 bicycle tyres well over a month ago. The wrong size tyres were sent . The external paper label said they were 27.5”, but stamped on the tyres was 26”.
