He's visibly uncomfortable in the courtroom and will avoid going to trial at all costs. Even if that means threatening you into signing a document that you do not agree to. The definition of a sleezy attorney!!! Read the full story about the husband and wife duo David and Christine Skilton ...even the state knows how shady they are. Go to the Iowa Court Commissions, search for "David Skilton" and then click on "reprimands." The judge in this case found that their fees were not "credible." When David asked for $150k in fees for a probate and Christine signed off on that fee as "accurate," the fees were later found to be inflated by 44%. Most of it they admitted.... I just had the opportunity to speak to David Skilton. He is one of the rudest human being's I have ever spoken to. I was simply asking for my mom's K1 so she could finish her taxes. His assistant, Christie, was very nice and pleasant and helpful, then he got on the phone and spoke to me in a manner that shocked me. I hope I don't ever have to do business with this man ever again.
