He's visibly uncomfortable in the courtroom and will avoid going to trial at all costs. Even if that means threatening you into signing a document that you do not agree to. Go to the Iowa Court Commissions, search for "David Skilton" and then click on "reprimands." The judge in this case found that their fees were not "credible."
