Just had cromack and tranter driver look right at me then pulled out in front of me at a roundabout. When I beeped the horn he locked up his breaks in the middle of roundabout nearly causing an accident with multiple vehicles. Then got out flipping the bird waving his arms around and trying to fight me. He looked drug affected.
