William Croke did not file my case after I paid the filing fee of 300 dollars. I tried to contact him several times over a course of 4 months in regards to my case and when I would see a court date. There was no response from him. I took my case to Peter Francis Geracie and they had it filed in a week! They told me that it doesn't take that long and my court date was seen within 3 weeks after filling. DO NOT USE CROKE!
This guy is garbage he does not know the law does not return phone calls his office is a little room no bigger than my wife's walk-in closet he never returns your phone calls I call him 20 times within the past 3 days to follow up on my case and he still doesn't call me back this law firm is a joke... DO not Hire him
I had to file chapter 7 in 2015 due to divorce and William absolutely did a fantastic job. Not responsive at all. Left many messages and will not return phone calls... He has been paid in full... And will not follow up... Wish I would have known prior to hiring him.
