Terrible experience, the place is subpar so im not complaining about the place but the owner (Satnam) or whatever is so disrespectful rude and verbally abusive. All the workers are scared of this man, overworked and he is so unkind to them he is honestly not a good employer. Its dissapointing to see employee abuse.
I had a terrible experience when I visited. I witnessed the boss, who I believe was named Satnam, yelling and swearing at an employee. It was extremely upsetting to watch, and I felt genuinely sorry for the employee, as no one deserves to be treated that way. I find this behaviour utterly disgraceful and unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a position of authority. It needs some maintenance staff have no idea ordered hot chips half an hour later went up to see where they were because it wasn't busy they had run out still kept taking orders need to Train staff this is our second time coming hasn't improved won't be coming back
