The place was honestly very dirty, and the fridge was almost empty except for a few cakes. There was nothing available to order. I ordered a sandwich for my daughter, but it wasn’t toasted at all. It was clear that the staff didn’t know what they were doing. I think this store should seriously consider closing.
I’ve always loved visiting Crocs — it used to be one of my favorite places, and my kids enjoyed coming here too. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. It feels like something has changed, possibly the management or ownership. The staff who used to work here were friendly and welcoming, but it seems they are no longer there. Disgusting attitude from kitchen staff today and ended up leaving without having our lunch after waiting an hour for it. Very disappointed.
