They may be great shoes but pray you don't need help for ANY REASON. I have to say this is THE WORST customer service experience EVER. NO EXAGGERATION!! I got my shipping details and they had a different address on the label that was not mines. The unconcern is real on their behalf. Not sure if I will get money back😡
