Don't buy products from Crockliner. They don't have customer support. Returning the wrongly sent items cost you return hefty shipping costs
I'll echo the other negative reviews. The mats shipped quickly but did not fit my 2024 Tucson PHEV. I planned on paying return shipping in order to receive a refund but was never able to make contact with CrocLiner. The phone number was listed as no longer in service, and I never received a response after multiple emails and attempts at starting a chat on their website. There are many more reputable companies making a similar product - I'd avoid these scammers at all costs.
Absolute pain of a business. I order mats for a Kia Niro Hybrid and they sent me mats for the Kia Niro EV. Tried reaching out multiple times to get this resolved and have not received a response. Do not do business, just buy from Amazon
These Croc liners Fits/ Covers well on my 2018 Honda Accord, Durable though not stiff material, Easy to maneuver in and out, Easy to clean, Reasonable priced!!!!
Do not purchase their items! They don’t fit what you buy for and when asking for customer service support they play around with your time. As others mention their liners are not fit to the car! When we reached they play with your time making you put the liner in all different directions as if you didn’t try that already. Why should a customer pay shipping for an issue they do. This is ridiculous. Do not purchase from them. As other posted as well that it’s faulty and they do not fix their product sizing.
