I called In May to see if they could do a partial release on a house we own. Chris called back, took a bunch of information, said it would be no problem and would be easy to do. Over the next 3 months I called multiple times and was assured each time Chris would get back to me in a couple days. He did not. Finally at the end of August, I called back and told the secretary if I didn’t hear from him that day, I would be switching to a different firm. Still no reply. And no explanation. Very professional.
