For starters, online the minimum balance to open a checking account is $100, however, when you go in to open the account, it’s actually $1,000. The customer service and the employees knowledge of their products is lousy at best. Additionally, it’s very frustrating that their lobby hours are 8:30-3:00pm as if most people don’t have jobs, yet most things “can’t” be done over the phone, making doing anything with your account extremely difficult.

These are the nicest, most helpful bankers I have ever worked with. They are always kind and caring and get everything done in one visit. There is no ...come back and sign one more form. I love that they are efficient and know what they are doing. Highly recommend this bank!
