The receptionist is making the decision on which clients to take and which ones not to with no legal knowledge or a reason. She said the system said I'm not eligible based on the info I wrote down and gave me no reason why, Hmmm? The legal assistant came out as I getting my stuff together and said out loud to the reception “ Yeah, I'm going to need you to help decide who to take”. An explanation would have been nice.
They handled my expungements like pros. I never even had to set foot in a courtroom. Highly recommend...
I will update the amount of stars I'm giving if someone actually contacts me. I have gone on the website submitted question and they sent it to the watsonville office and said they would contact me. I've reached out to them myself three times with no response. This is a time sensitive matter and I told them this already. It's been weeks and I'm not sure what I need to do I'm literally at a loss.
