They are very unprofessional, rude and inpatient. You do all the leg work to be then told by someone claiming to be a attorney we can't help you according to the law. I did a simple Google search and then followed up legal books at library and found that there is a law in California that protects tenants rights. Once I called them on it they told me we can choose who we want to.help and we are not going to help you! Wow! Use Legal.Aide or other resources instead of this agency.

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Harris regarding an unlawful detainer. His patience, guidance, and professionalism throughout the process was exceptional, and I am deeply grateful for his support.

This place is a joke. No help at all and the girl at the desk attempt to tell you what your tenant rights are, but she gets it wrong because she doesn't know what she's talking about....she's NOT an attorney. Been there 4 times over the past 5 years and she's driven me away by her stupidity. I'll never support them again or try to use them again. Seems like the don't want to help people

Tried to call in and ask questions I have hearing impairment and visual problems the female receptionist that answered the phone was very rude and lacking empathy very upsetting to see that this is how vulnerable seniors are treated

Totally unhelpful and not very nice. I understand if cases aren’t in your area of expertise or out of your jurisdiction but it was a unwelcoming environment and everything out of her mouth was “no this is why I can’t help you,” nothing proactive or supportive just no no no. When people are coming to you in troubling or dire circumstances you’d hope they’d be more kind and understanding. Bad job. Do better.
