I brought in my dog and it was so terrible and traumatizing to the animal that I felt a civic responsibility to warn the community about these fur pirates. They intentionally ignored direct instructions and instead gave the dog such a bad haircut that I almost had to put the animal down because of its mixture of fear and aggression after the cut, by a veterinarian recommendation.
