I had a very disappointing experience with Critter Control while using their services for my rental property. Scheduling was the first issue—I had to reschedule multiple times before anyone actually showed up. in between they calls center issue too. During the initial visit, the technician covered up the dryer vent with mesh, which caused the dryer to overheat and ultimately fail. Over priced. Salesman was like a used car salesman trying to pressure my wife and use scare tactics. Cowleys is much better
Wanna thank Nate and James for helping with my business. Everyone should get inspection from this guys they know there stuff!
They have in their contract that I have to cancel by telegram or email. Their district manager never returned my call. They will not replace telegram with email in the contract. It seems so questionable and bad customer service that I did not move forward with them. They only have one employee and no manager I can talk with.
