Don't use this company if you need delivery on a certain day/can't be unrealistically flexible. They will change up on you and not refund your deposit and say "no day is ever guaranteed". They won't even tell you the schedule changed until AFTER the 72 hrs has passed so there is no way to cancel or get your money back!

FRAUD. this transporter contacted me on citizenshipper with their bid. I didn’t hear back in time and time was pressing so I looked them up on Google and saw this other review about them being a scam, but foolishly still contacted her and asked for an explanation. She told me not to book on citizenshipper and that I could book with her directly. That was a red flag, but she had tons of reviews on CS so I thought it was okay with a signed contract. I recently had them transport my 2 dogs and cat from KY to California. They were completely professional and accommodating to all my worries. They sent constant updates and photos on how my babies were doing on the trip. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to my friends.
