Can't recommend the technicians enough!! I used to only want the technician who originally installed my generator years ago (Tim?) to come service and inspect it (usually at least twice a year between seasons) but I’ve come to realize that the rest of the team at Critical Generators are just as skilled and helpful as I've personally met at least 3 technicians over the years. Great company! And great owner - Truly! I was a little behind with my generator’s annual checkup - they were able to book me same week and their tech (Ryan) came out on time (if not early). He was super knowledgeable and professional. Later that same night we had a power outage for the whole neighborhood and our generator started acting up. We emailed CSGS after hours and asked for them to come back out (we were hoping for next day at best). Tom and his crew are the best! They came and in one day they had my Kohler generator installed with direct wiring to my Frontier modem! Downloaded the app and connected instantly! Lost power twice and it kicks right on and our lives continued normally! Money well spent! Thanks again Tom!
