룸클리닝 신청해도 첫날부터 구두자국찍혀있는 호텔이불 안바뀜 검은먼지레전드 환기가 아예 불가능한 닫힌 유리 지하1층 여자화장실 가자마자 엄지손가락만함 바퀴 물론 객실에서도 N마리와 함께 투숙해야함 화장실 배수구와 에어컨 벽 구멍을 조심해 네가 그들이 사는 곳에 들어온거니까
Apparently no one works here. Doesnt answer calls, doesnt get back to caller. Room appears to have cancelled by itself and no one is available to speak to us
작년에 아고다를 통해 미리 예약했는데, 6월경에 한번 취소했다가 재예약을 했습니다. 예약 확정서까지 다 받았는데, 막상 방문해보니 취소되었다, 풀부킹이다 얘기만 하네요.. 아고다에서는 정상처리했는데 호텔쪽에서 시스템오류로 보이고, 본인들도 인정했습니다. 아고다에서 전화해도 내내 안받아서 제가 직접 가서 바꿔줬더니 그제서야 받고, 저한테는 끝까지 사과 한마디 없었네요. 아고다측에서도 오류가 생길수가 없는 정상적인 예약인데 이해하기 어렵다고 해요^^ 사과도 대체숙소 제공도 없이, 취소되었다. 풀부킹이다. 환불해주겠다. 소리만 반복하는통에 그냥 나왔습니다. 이용해보지 않았어도 서비스가 알만하네요.
