Very helpful people who take the time to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for. No pressure sales and we were even able to take rugs home to see if we liked them in place without having to purchase. In the end we found the perfect rug and we did purchase !

The two men who delivered my chair today were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and respectful of my home as they carried the chair up stairs with two landings. They set the chair up and made sure I was comfortable with the placement. The one gentleman provided teaching regarding the chair mechanisms. The demonstrated that they cared I was happy with the interactions and actions. Thank you.
