We went to Critelli's one day just to have a look around. Fast forward a couple of months and we're ordering furniture for two rooms complete with area rugs. Robert worked with us and made an otherwise overwhelming experience very enjoyable. He wa patient and very knowledgeable and ensured that we were 100% satisfied. We are very happy with everything and would highly recommend a visit to Critelli's.
We recently purchased two beautiful hand-knotted Chobi rugs from Critelli’s Furniture. The service we received was superb. Years ago, I'd driven from Hamilton to Critelli's to test an American Leather pull-out couch. A lovely experience. And then I stumbled upon their vast rug collection. Wow. So recently, when I finally decided to find a larger rug for my living room, I knew exactly where to start. I went on Critelli's website, and found a fantastic array of possibilities. We received outstanding service from Critelli’s rug department. Naveed and Robert were fantastic. I showed Naveed pictures and a sample of our material from our sectional and he was able to pick out the perfect wool rug for our family room. They personally delivered it and placed in our room for us to view. I very much appreciated his opinion. They not only laid the rug down in our room but they also moved our old rug to the basement and properly placed it too. we are very happy with our new rug. Thank you Naveed and Robert!
