Our experience with Critelli’s furniture has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. We dealt with knowledgeable people and great products.
We are experiencing several issues with the Hancock and Moore sofa purchased from Critelli. Joe Critelli responded to our concerns by sending Caprice and Shack to assess the problems. Both individuals are very polite, very friendly and very professional, very good representatives for Critelli. Caprice was determined and worked diligently to eliminate the squeaking sound made by the sofa. We just received 2 gorgeous Stressless recliners we ordered from Critelli's. The 2 gentlemen who delivered them ,Caprice and Shak, were very courteous, professional, thoughtful, considerate and efficient. From beginning to end, the staff at Critelli's were a pleasure to deal with, and we are extremely happy with the products we purchased. We highly recommend Critelli's Furniture.
The delivery of our new Natuzzi sofa was flawless. The guys carefully carried it down our stairs and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They were polite and professional. Very impressed! Thank you Critelli team for the wonderful customer experience!
