I give Critelli one star only because I must. I have never paid so much for a piece of furniture and been so disappointed. I purchased a Hancock and Moore sofa from Critelli in February 2023. The retail value of the leather sofa was $20 000. In January of 2025, I noticed wear on the arms and holes in the underside of the cushions. The sofa is drying out so that when you get off the sofa there is has a loud creaking sound. I contacted Criitelli on January 12, 2025 to inform them of the problems that I was experiencing.
