With Cristy’s encouragement, I participated in the PQ Positive Intelligence Training Program that’s designed to build powerful habits for a positive mind. As a coach and co-facilitator for the program, Cristy was very supportive of everyone in our group. She’s a good listener who gives wonderful feedback and encouragement. Cristy definitely helped me to develop mental fitness and positivity!

Had hypnotherapy for panic around travel packing. This has improved. Christy Flores is sensitive, professional and effective. The process is tedious but likely necessary to achieve the desired end results.
My experience with Cristy was incredible. She is really good at what she does. She is professional, kind, caring, and an extremely talented. The hypnosis part was quite peaceful to me.
I had a great experience. The hypnosis and other exercises Cristy provided allowed me to accomplish my goals. She is extremely knowledgeable, calming and very supportive. I highly recommend her services.
