Terrible scheduling, cancelled 4x’s and gave several excuses when services had been paid for already. (Was gifted a gift card) PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I was informed when asking the community that this is not the first time it happens to someone. Was cursed out when politely asked for a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE

Since then we have scheduled 4 appointments, each of which was cancelled for a myriad of reasons. Great communication & massage! Was contacted a morning of my massage that they needed to switch who I was seeing or move me to another day due to the original person not feeling well. Greatly appreciated that timely communication. The person I did have was fantastic, great personality & communicated what they was doing or getting ready to do if it was something that might catch me off guard like the stones being possibly extra hot and asked if pressure levels were okay.
