I paid $265 for an IPL hair removal session, but there were no results or hair shedding at all. The technician even mentioned during the treatment that “hair won’t shed,” which directly contradicts standard IPL procedure. In proper IPL treatments, treated hairs are expected to shed naturally within 1–3 weeks as a sign that the light energy reached the hair follicles.
