Bought a groupon to try the photo facial, so I booked it online. After not receiving a confirmation email, I called, and it went to voice mail. I called a few times over 4 days, and it went to voicemail. After leaving a voice message, no one ever called me back. The appointment date has come and gone, and still no call back. I called groupon and explained, and a full refund was issued.
The owner is super sweet and very knowledgably. She explains how the machine works. What to expected how long it takes. My bikini line took about a years and still good 5 year later. I am going back for more laser for my armpits. I highly recommend just know this will take many sessions to see results. the first couple months you go every month and then they get spaced every other month and more and more spaced out till it is no longer growing. Best prices in Ottawa. Wish I did this sooner.
Great spot! Cristina is highly knowledgeable and experienced. She's very friendly and makes you feel really comfortable during your sessions. Definitely recommend getting your laser hair removal here!
Christina is a kind soul ! My mom and i het our hair removal sessions while my baby plays around and he adores her ! She is a wonderful human being, professional and very CLEAN !
Very nice lady but the laser hair removal does not work at all. I had 11 sessions and no improvement. Went to another place and have seen significant decrease in hair after just 3 sessions.
