I had a very disappointing experience with Cristall Opticians on Portage Ave. My cousin had her eye exam at the beginning of the week and returned that same Saturday to pick up her prescription so she could get glasses elsewhere. At that time, she was told the prescription was not ready and was asked to come back the following Wednesday when the doctor would be available.
