I hope CRISTA can correct me if I’m wrong, but it sounds like they won’t hire people based on sexual orientation? In addition to being a bad business practice (in that you can lose out on amazing workers), antiquated, and cruel, it also seems illegal. (I’m actually curious how this isn’t illegal per RCW 49.60?). I work at a local homeless shelter and tonight a server from Crista Shores brought 20 meals to our shelter for the people staying there. What an outstanding young lady. Faith in humanity restored.
