We have used Regina Crisp for over a dozen years to file our taxes. Now that the IRS is coming after us for over 50k, on a tax return she filed, she’s nowhere to be found. We cannot reach her by phone nor is she EVER in the office when we stop by. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Best accounting firm in Blount County bar none. Regina Crisp and Chauncey are unbelievably good. They are very professional, knowledgeable and THEY CARE. If you don't have an EXCELLENT accountant then find out what one is by going here. I will never go anyplace else!!!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Spends time talking about stuff that has nothing to do with taxes than getting taxes done. Never returns phone calls. Very unprofessional they are never available. Use integrity taxes in Knoxville stay away from this tax service.
