TheyDon’t answer calls
This office has had my friend's taxes for months and continues to give dates for completion that never happen. They blame past employees or say that someone was mistaken. I cannot imagine going through this just to have my taxes completed. I looked online and this is not the only complaint.
I called to ask if they could prepare my tax return before the deadline which was 3 1/2 weeks away at that point. I was told that was not a problem and there was always room for one more. I completed their questionnaire on their portal and took all of my tax info to their office. They accepted it without telling me that I was beyond their deadline for regular filing and I would have an automatic extension filed.
