If you catch them at the same or should I say the right time every day you will have a ride at your house waiting to pick you up within 5 minutes if you live in freehold township or the borough. The drivers are very talkative and knowledgeable about where they are going never asking the passenger should I make a left here should I make her right there.

I was rooting for them until a recent phonecall were they immediately hung up without answering and showed lack of professionalism, which was definitely not cris himself. the angry female dispatcher from express taxi wasn’t even as disgusting. Do better.

Called for a taxi and was told 45 minutes. Waited an hour and a half and called again. Was than told they are on the way and it should be only 10 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and called got disconnected. Called back and no answer. Total wait time was over 2 hours and they never showed up. Was very disappointed and it was very cold. Shouldn’t of had to wait that long and they wanted to charge me 35$ for a 6 minute drive. Very dissatisfied glad I cancelled
