Ordered and paid for a White Lazer Tempo Helmet. Received a Black Lazer Compact Helmet (ie the cheaper model). No reply to any of the four emails sent. No answer to any of the daily phone calls for 1 week during the hours of 11AM - 5PM. The helmet was a good price and would have been half happy it was at least the correct colour or the correct model. Especially since the advert claimed to have heaps of colours and sizes to choose from. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the transaction.
I bought a $7k Carrera Hercules from Tony...when it arrived via courier it have chunks missing from the clear coat over the carbon on the outside if the chainstay. it looked like they had repainted it with texta. I tried for over 12 minths to get it fixed by him but I was fobbed off. never again!! very unprofessional... Zero customer service.
