i got my first piercing done at this place and i cannot express enough how much i trust them here. I felt comfortable and safe with the piercer (Simon) because he doesnt treat you as just another customer he treats you as a friend. Such a wonderful atmosphere and I hope they are able to open up again soon :)
unfortunately was ghosted by both my piercer and tattoo artist after sending in requests about issues i was having. energy was great and everything else was awesome but now ill have to find and pay to get my tattoo fixed and find a new piercer to fix my eyebrow.
I came in to get some very nice jewelry put in as I have issues with my hands. This was just a simple jewelry change, nothing more. As a reference, I have 24 piercings so I’m well versed. The piercer would not put the piercing wher I wanted and he outright refused to suggest where it might go well. But if I wanted to buy one of his pieces of jewelry…. Simon always provides excellent expertise and his calm demeanour goes a long way when it comes to piercing. He quickly returns calls and is available for any concerns or healing mishaps- thank you Simon!
Doesn't tattoo anyone who's under 16, talked to someone on the phone prior to coming in and asked about if they did, they said yes, went in for my consult got told "Absolutely not" and wouldn't even tell me where I COULD go to get a tattoo in honor of my cat who passed away. They should be more specific on there website about age.
