A boondoggle for municipalities that runs afoul of PA's Clean Slate and expungement laws. It is abused to slander and libel innocent people at the whim of corrupt prosecutors and cops with false or preliminary information that will never be completely erased from the internet, even if you are found not guilty, send in proof of the acquittal, and pay their usurious fee to "delete" the erroneous or outdated information. Amazing that the business model has eluded legislators, the governor and class action lawyers for this long.
Why do I have to pay Crimewatch to remove false, defamatory and/or outdated information after I provide you with the proof YOU requested? I didn't put it there and I've just done YOUR job! That's ridiculous!!!!
