To be victimized by the victims of crime staff and team is unheard of! I was racially profiled, discriminated against , lied to and lied on. I was constantly disrespected by specific staff and when I mentioned the unprofessional behavior of two employees my concerns were completely disregarded. They really just don't care at all and it shows every step of the way.
Do not interact with organization unless you have no other means necessary. Besides having no communication skills whatsoever, these people will deliberately avoid your phone calls, email, and text messages. I have physically gone to this office several times to get several issues resolved and have gotten a lot of lip service, bad information, and false promises.
