We want to give a shout out to Ron who provided excellent customer service with a professional and courteous manner. He came out the same day we phoned and did some adjustments to our new table to tighten the legs. He did a couple of other things for us as a courtesy. We were very pleased. I have never been more frustrated with a company … we booked to have our couch repaired … at first they seemed okay…. I spent about 500$ fixing the springs in our couch… the guy who came was awesome in the moment…. Unfortunately within the month the couch started making the same sounds as before … I contacted the company and they asked for a video… I sent a sound clip of the springs making the same awful sounds again … I was then told oh this is something else… beyond frustrated I took another video showing the sound and ask... read more
