Sally did a terrific job. She guided me through the process of decorating and selecting furniture for my home. I went to a local furniture store near my home where the people “interior designers” definitely conveyed the feelings that they did not care by their lack of help. Sally gave me numerous options with fabric, textures, and styles making everything flow smoothly. The end result is a gorgeous, well balanced, well put together home that I love. Gave Crickets a shot, and this is a one and done. Unless you’re buying multiple pieces, expect to be reminded that they are busy working on a ‘full house reset’ and your designer will get back to you. Same for delivery, dates come and go with no proactive contact. Then, when delivery was ready, I was told they had a small home to reset in Lansing and would do their best (do prioritize the other customer, but why mention to me?). I worked with Kathy, and she was amazing! We met with her 3 times, our first appt where she came to our home, and 2 additional times for finalization of our project (as the first sit down was rushed due to a personal time constraint I had). During our last appointment we placed our 50% down and finalized everything- we were so happy! Two weeks later we get an email from Kathy that she misquoted us by over $4,000!!, and their contract states that they are not responsible for any misquotes or errors while calculating the proje... read more

The service and selecting were outstanding, the delivery was even better! The furniture arrived gently and undamaged. Ray and Manuel did an outstanding job, they were both very polite and professional. We are extremely pleased with the whole process, much easier than working with ArtVan. I would highly recommend visiting them for any of your home furnishing needs!
