He was very professional, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure I understood all my options, specially me coming from another wireless company needing to move my number to cricket. I went in with a problem with my phone that is a Verizon network phone and the gentleman that was there fixed my phone very quickly and no charge and was as nice as could be. I first went to Verizon but they couldn't help me so they suggested i go to the cricket. If anyone needs phone service I would highly recommend going here 5 star all the way
