My experience here was amazing, the employee Emily was beyond helpful, she definitely deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for her customers, she made switching from at&t a breeze. She was so knowledgeable with my question about the plan, my samsung device, and walked me through the accessibility of using the cricket app to view my bill. If this location recognizes employees of the month, it would be a diservice to the cricket organization to not recognize her.
