Had trouble setting up eSIM. Online Customer service was of no help, came to the store and they had us set up and ready to go in less than 20 minutes!!! Staff is great, helpful and knowledgeable!!!
Misty was super friendly and attentive my wife was in a wheelchair and she opened the door for her right away and treated us with a smile and provided us solutions to our problem and made us super excited that we switched to cricket her customer service and knowledge was top tier Cricket is lucky to have a representative like her
